Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup gluten-free granola
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- 1
PREP YOUR CONTAINERS: Choose two clear glasses, mason jars, or parfait cups (about 12 oz each) so you can see the beautiful layers. Have all your ingredients measured and ready - the parfait comes together quickly.
- 2
FIRST YOGURT LAYER: Spoon about 1/3 cup of Greek yogurt into the bottom of each glass. Use the back of the spoon to spread it evenly and push it slightly up the sides for a clean look when viewed through the glass.
- 3
FIRST BERRY LAYER: Add a generous layer of mixed berries - use a combination of sliced strawberries, whole blueberries, and raspberries for variety of color and texture. Gently press them down into the yogurt.
- 4
ADD GRANOLA: Sprinkle a thin layer of granola over the berries. This layer will get slightly soft as it absorbs moisture from the fruit and yogurt, which some people enjoy.
- 5
REPEAT LAYERS: Add another layer of Greek yogurt, followed by more berries. Continue layering until your glasses are full, ending with a final dollop of yogurt and some berries on top. Reserve your prettiest berries for the very top.
- 6
FINISH AND SERVE: Drizzle honey over the top of each parfait in a zigzag pattern. Sprinkle with chia seeds for added nutrition and texture. For the crunchiest granola, add extra on top just before serving. Serve immediately, or refrigerate without the final granola layer for up to 8 hours.
